What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very affordable we work with the client most of the times. There’s some months that we run a special for deep cleanings or spring cleanings. We always let the customer know that we have a special going on.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduce my self walk them thru the process and explain my services to the customer and if they agree we move forward to the hiring process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I been in the cleaning business for over 10-11 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was 11 my mother started her cleaning company and I used to watch her cleaned during summer break. When I turned 18 I started cleaning commercial since then I realized I wanted to own my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with all types of customers. From police officers to doctors you name it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We cleaned a 8 bedroom and 6 bath it was very hectic because it was construction cleaning and we had some issues with water not being on. We had to use only chemicals it was a hard job but we manage to finished the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t be afraid to hire a cleaning company. We are here to make your life easier. Find a company that you can trust and work with all the way.
